Specializes in Labor Law, litigation, collective bargaining, and advisory services in restructuring processes (collective dismissal procedures, workplace closures, company successions, substantial changes in working conditions, collective transfers, etc.). He gained experience in various national firms and worked for twelve years as a Senior Associate in the labor law department of CUATRECASAS, GONÇALVES PEREIRA, SLP, where he managed a team and provided legal advice on labor-related queries. This included assistance in labor audits, compensation and benefits plans, design and implementation of HR policies and strategies, inspections by labor authorities, social security matters, social security plans, expatriation, international labor advice, executive contracts, compliance, and non-judicial conflict resolution
He has provided pro bono assistance in various areas, such as legal representation of non-profit entities in judicial proceedings and free legal assistance to individuals. He has also conducted training courses on labor law and social security for employees and HR professionals
