Teresa is a partner and heads the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. She has advised on a wide range of matters, including the sale and acquisition of companies, formation of joint ventures, private equity transactions, and the refinancing of commercial contracts, representing both domestic and international clients. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing and restructuring, and general corporate law.
With extensive experience in Family Law, she has provided legal counsel, negotiation, and representation to spouses, mothers, and fathers in separation, divorce, and the termination of cohabitation in unmarried couples.
She holds a Diploma in Advanced Specialization in Family Law from the Legal Practice School of the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, with an Honorable Mention for Academic Excellence.
