Ethics channel

The Criminal Compliance Committee of MUÑOZ FRESCO is the body responsible for reviewing compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct, monitoring the Ethics Channel, ensuring that under no circumstances any action or “retaliation” will be taken against whistleblowers acting in good faith, and carrying out a rigorous analysis of the communications submitted through it, handling them with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

For all reports received, MUÑOZ FRESCO guarantees a timely, independent, and confidential review. The Compliance Committee will not disclose the identity of any whistleblower acting in good faith unless the whistleblower has given express consent or disclosure is required by competent authorities, in which case the whistleblower will be informed in advance.

MUÑOZ FRESCO undertakes to carry out the corresponding disciplinary, sanctioning, and judicial proceedings, where applicable, until their final resolution.
